KOASTAL plans to establish an algae farm in Sälö or Källö fjord, both located in Öckerö Municipality and stakeholders are hereby invited to participate in the consultation.

We have identified three potential sites that would provide suitable conditions for cultivation. Alternative A is located in Sälö fjord, between Stora Tåskär on Rörö and Stora Svarten. Alternative B is located in Sälö fjord, east of Rammen and north of Måvholmen. Alternative C is located in Källö fjord, between Faddern and Källö. The facility will cover an area of 3 hectares at maximum capacity, and the permit application an area of 8 hectares.
