Head of Sales
KOASTAL is seeking a Head of Sales to spearhead the growth of leads into accounts across various regions and market pillars, driving the expansion of our seaweed products into new markets.
In this role, you will be the main force behind our sales strategy, negotiating and discussing agreements with significant authority. Your leadership will be essential in establishing and growing our market presence.
Responsibilities

Drive the conversion of leads into accounts across various regions and market pillars.

Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.

Negotiate and finalize agreements with key customers, leveraging significant authority.

Build and maintain strong relationships with large-scale buyers and industry partners.

Analyze market data to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure alignment with customer needs.

Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics to meet revenue targets.
Skills and Qualifications
You have a proven track record of growing leads into successful accounts and driving revenue growth. Experience in negotiating and closing deals with large-scale buyers is essential.
Experience in market analysis, customer relationship management, and sales strategy development is highly valuable.
We value strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work autonomously in a leadership role. You are highly proficient in English, with additional language skills being a plus.
